Baby Massage @ The Baby Room

Baby massage is an ancient and beautiful tradition, combining elements of Swedish and Indian massage, reflexology and yoga. Our baby massage classes enable you to learn about and respond to your baby's body language. It is also a wonderful way to make your baby feel safe and secure. Massage is something you do with your baby rather than to your baby.

About the Class

Classes are designed to be a small gathering of parents and their babies in an intimate, relaxed and social setting. Being a mother myself, I'm aware of the need and benefits of having time and interaction with other parents so relaxation and discussion are key components of the class.
