Our Mindfulness for Mums workshops combine gentle stretches, with mindful breathing techniques, a relaxing body scan, mediation, visualisation and positive affirmation work so that mums leave with some effective new tools to help reduce and combat stress.
We focus our attention on what our senses are bringing us. By paying particular attention to our breath, we can learn to take our focus from our imagination, reactions, memories, anxieties and general busyness of daily life.
Mats and cushions are provided. Please feel free to bring a cosy blanket to snuggle under. Biccies, cuppa and a chat finish off this lovely evening of relaxation in the intimate surrounds of The Baby Room.
The cost for the workshop is €20.
