Guided breathing exercises, relaxing body scans, positive visualisations and affirmations, will help to decrease stress & anxiety and increase confidence. Classes combine music, warmth, candles and positivity to help you connect with your breathing and your baby and take you on a transformative journey in your pregnancy.
Chairs, mats, cushions and water are all provided, so just bring yourself, a cosy blanket to snuggle under and some warm socks.
